upgrading the ram is easy on the back of the laptop you will notice a small cover, remove this carefully, and u notice a slot for a rimm socket, there is where u add more ram..
as for the CPU you cant change this since its built into the motherboard of the laptop.
only on certain very high powered laptop, u can change the cpu.

Very easy to do yourself, i upgraded my RAM but be careful not to ruin your computer because of static. I would advise you not to do it on carpet. Good luck!
