You remember those dolls that used to be so popular...Treasure Trolls? Go as one of them. Fix your hair in a high ponytail that sticksstraight up...use gel to get it to stick up...and pray it pink with that halloween hair color. Wear a skin colored sweatsuit, body suit or something to that effect. Cover you belly with a bright shimmery fabric, from a fabric store and that can be your "treasure". People will rub your belly all night but I think it would be cute!
Or go as Brittney Spears...a pregnant version. She has been pregnant for like 2 years straight so people will get who you are. Wear a short babydoll dress and some trashy sandals, long brown hair and carry a baby doll as baby Sean Preston.

I worked with a woman who went as a bag of jellybeans when she was about 7 months pregnant. She used a large clear plastic garbage bag with leg holes on the bottom, then filled it up with little colored balloons (like water balloon size,) then gathered it at her neck and used ribbon as a "twist-tie." It didn't really show her pregnancy, per se, but she was a much fuller bag of jellybeans than she would have been without her bump!

Paint your belly like a cinnamon bun, then wear a box with head/arm holes painted like an oven. make a door in the front that you can open to show your "bun in the oven"
An egg costume is a good idea, too.
So is a bullfrog costume

My mate went to a Halloween party dressed as a nun while heavily pregnant with her second - she won the best costume prize as I recall!

I've always liked to see pregnant nuns! Although usually the pregnant nuns I've seen are men dressed in drag. Very funny.

what about a teletubbie or a sumo wrestler ye can get a blow up costume from specialist and it blows up inside to make you look bigger
