You need to go to File then Page Setup and change the Orientation to Landscape so that when printing it will include everything.

You need to change the print set up to "Landscape" not portrait. Especially when printing from web pages.

what are you using, words or excel. For both ob them , use print preview and if all the documnets you cant see then reduce the size of the font.
