No one can "contest" your marriage but you and your husband. Its customary for some ceremonies to ask if anyone objects...but they legally have no bearing on whether the marriage proceeds.

Why bother -- the ex has moved on, and the person contesting would just look petty, bitter and desperate. Let the ex become someone else's problem.
