Tomato may contain some alkalis that may nutralise the acids released by the bee. But I believe your best option is some pharmaceutical substance.

tomato sauce is for when you are sprayed by a skunk...get some chewing tobacco, get it wet and put on the bee sting...it helps a lot, my mom always did that when i was younger

No that is if you are sprayed with a skunk. You want meat tenderizer on the sting.
