'Why' is a philosophical (i.e. unverifiable) question. You can decide for yourself.

'How' might one day be known. One theory involves lightning as a catalyst in the synthesis of amino acids from constituents in the early atmosphere. Stanley Miller showed this is possible in 1953.

HEY WORKIN" MAN-
"cause GOD said so.
This answer is better answered slowly, over a lifetime. Get this,
This 'reasons' that there is life; begins in Genesis, it then proceeds to let you in on what it is that you are supposed to "do" with the LIFE that is- through out the "word". Check this out-
Life begins with the word/ IS because of the word/ Has meaning with the word/ Can be forever altered with the WORD. Check it out- If it doesn't make sense, keep on reading it- It will open (as does a flower) Through out a LIFE TIME> Life- huh that's a good question- Maybe, not 'Why'...
but "WHAT" is life?
Is there something other than a scientific answer to that question? Hey you are the one asking the questions. Good luck with the answer you find to be the best. The truth is in the word. And to each one of us , the What and Why is different.
