you need food to live, not enjoy. and you cant "try" being bulimic
or anorexia, you either are or arent. Having an ED isnt some fad diet, its horrible and food revolves around you whole life, imagine
worrying about it 24 hours a day. and you cant sleep at night cuz your body wants food. and you lose your hair. yeah, i thought so.
imagine everytime you eat something, you cant stand the feeling of it in your stomache. it takes years to get over having ED, its awful. Its hell.

No, I believe in everything in moderation. You can't go through your whole life staying away from foods that taste good (and yes, those are the ones that are not good for you), but what kind of life would that be to deny yourself those pleasures. The problem comes when you overdo anything. Eating healthy and exercising are very important, but so is treating yourself every now and then!

I love food! When i was trying to take off my pregnancy weight, food wasn't fun anymore! Now that I'm back to a comfortable weight, I can enjoy food again. Not like a gluten, but in moderation.

Yes, that is normal for most women. Because we want look our best on a date or society tells us what looks good. Enjoy your food but maybe eat small amount. Denying yourself makes you want it more then you might over eat. Love yourself and don't worry about the rest.

No but I never eat. I worry about finding something to force down because I'm under weight.

Yeah, Sometimes I can look at food, get a gross taste in my mouth and I can't eat it. Thinking about food sometimes makes me feel a little sick... But, you should just be happy with yourself.
