She may have a inflammortory pelvic infection.
Its happens from rough sex, the friction makes the pelvic swollen, and swore, thus causing pain immediately after the pleasure is over. And the strong urge to pee, as her bladder may be being pressed on from swelling.
And it only gets worst, its reverseble but she needs to get to a gyn dr asap, they will give her pills to take swelling down, and you two need to STAY away from SEX until she heals.
This often happens with rough sex.... and it came happen to men as well.
Ice or asprin won't work, her body needs to heal itself.

Having to pee is normal. The pain could be from pelvic inflammatory disease, you're too big for her, you're too rough, or her muscles are cramping. Are the mild pain? Cus your muscles contract when you orgasm, so maybe she is feeling that.
