I don't know how many times I've seen someone drive like an idiot because they are too engrossed in their little convo. Someone almost hit me last week! So why do people do it? Tell me!

They all have generous life insurance death benefits. Their beneficiaries know this, and so have given the insurees cell phones. Said beneficiaries call said insurees while said insurees are driving in an attempt to get them dead and so collect said death benefit, without regard to whomever else may be injured/maimed/killed in the process.
Also, you must understand that the vast majority of humanity is just plain dumb...especially in Maryland. They really, truly, honestly don't know any better and don't comprehend why it's a dangerous practice. Unfortunately, stupidity is still currently legal.

Personally these people are rude. To use as a driver or to the person they are talking with. They talk on the phone while they are driving because they are bored. They have some free time and have nothing else to do, so they figure why not get some calls out of the way. I don't know how many clients call me from the car and when they get to their destination they say I have to go. Think about it. ow many times has a friend or someone called you from the car and once they get to their destination, yu hear I'll talk with you later. Basicaly they are saying your only good enough to talk with while they have nothing else to do.

I somewhat have mixed thoughts on the topic. i have seen some exceptionally loopy using being carried out by technique of persons on cellphones, so i visit income from the reason. notwithstanding a similar might want to be suggested for human beings eating and using... or using with youthful ones in the vehicle. Are we going to limit those distractions too? Banning cellular telephone use altogether looks severe to me. yet i do not comprehend of any states that ban using cellphones with a head set or on speaker. That feels like a sensible compromise.

I wish I knew as well. I think they should make it illegal to talk on the phone while driving! We did it just fine before cell phones were invented.
