Its all about the accessories........get a wand and tie black ribbon/lace on it. And make sure your make up and hair are punk looking too.

Do you have a sewing machine? If so, just grab some pink material and black ribbon and a pattern and you could have it made in a few hours and for less than twenty bucks, I imagine. One year I made a punk angel costume out of a sheet.
If you have a black dress you could alter it by safety pinning pink ribbon onto it in a corset fashion.
