HAHAHA so someone else out there knows about this. My mother told me my grandmother (on my fathers side) won't eat pizza because the cheese "binds her up". I laughed so hard because I had never heard anything so silly in all my life! Supposely its true that cheese makes some people consitpated! My sweetie and I LIVE off of cheese and I've never had a problem from it and I asked him and he said nada. I guess it goes to show that we are not all made the same : )

I can't eat processed Cheese or drink milk. I can tolerate hard, aged cheeses like cheddar but not too much.
