regular strength tylenol is ok. If its real bad you can take up to 2 regular strength ibuprofens a week. Ibuprofen is unsafe during the last trimester though.

If it is just a head ache, Tylenol is really the only thing an ob-gyn will advise you to take. Sinus head aches, Sudafed. But some headaches are caused by hypertension(high blood pressure), So if you think that is the case you should call your doctor and lay on your left side.

well the only over the counter drug you can take are tylenol which don't do a whole lot! Depending on how far along you are you can get a drug called midrin from the doctors office, it is a migraine medicine. I used it when I was pregnant it did help!
I feel your pain! Good Luck!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I took Tylenol when I had headaches and was pregnant. You just can't take naproxen or ibuprofen.

Tylenol is ok. Do not take any type of Ibuprofen (such as Advil or Motrin) because it could harm the baby.

One tylenol is okay... even better, put on your lightest sneakers and take a walk... many headaches can be relieved with a brisk walk
