If I understand you correctly, you want information on how to create a website.
In which case http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp is a good starting point with a complete reference as well as tutorials.

If you're looking for the code that was used to create a website, right clicking in a webpage will give the option of View Source or something similar depending on the application/browser you are using. This will give you the 'text' that was used to create the page.
