-the driver may have come out of a business parking areas and would have been looking left as he was accelerating to get into traffic;
-the side of the driver's headlight was broken, as well as the side mirror and windshield;
-responses for assistance from attorneys have been negative because of how the reports have been written by the city police;
-we believe the reports are not portraying an accurate account of the fatal accident;
-many questions are unanswered about the driver's whereabouts just before the accident as well as his medical condition, alcohol consumption, etc.
