I know I do, though I've only ever mentioned my first love to my very best friend over the years. She remembers her first love too, and hasn't told anyone else but me either so I think that most people probably do remember, but it's such a special & magical memory that they tend to keep the information to themselves in a secret place in their hearts.

Yes, and we run into him often. I still get the same butterflies in my tummy like he always gave me.

No...unfortunately I married him and all he showed me was violence and addiction. I do hope someday he puts his life together, but it will never include me (even though he continually tries) and I don't care to know.
