I posed a question a few weeks ago titled, "Does this make sense to anyone." It is listed under one of my questions. In it, a person who goes by Frank, M, not only COMPLETELY missed my point, but he also left me a nice personal insult. I was under the impression that this message board was to come up with solutions to problems, or for a better understanding of a subject. Now I have only received about 6 hours of sleep over the last three days, so I will try not to say something I may regret later. To the frank M, who so kindly informed me that I joined the medical field for the "big fat paycheck",let me just say this: I work 12 hour night shifts, which usually ends up being a 13-14 hour day. I then go home to my 5 year old daughter and my 10 month old son. I feed them, bath them, dress them and take them to school/baby sitters house. It is now 1130. I get up at 530 pm, scarf something down, and go back to work for 12 hours. Yes it is hard, but I woudln't do anything else.

The guy doesn't understand economics, why should we expect him to be civil? He wasn't actually that bad. There are others on here that get a lot more personal in there attacks. This guy just got emotional about the needs of another human being and felt the need to vent. He claims 35 years paramedic experience, but I wonder if that's true. I know paramedics and they're usually able to keep their emotions in check. It's a necessary part of the job.

I'm a little guilty of insults but try to keep them limited to the people who ask really absurd questions. I generally deduce that the person is only on-line to get under your skin or are looking for the stupid answer. either way I suspect they are spending to much time on Q&A when they should be looking for work which is my insult: "Get a Job!

When I recieve insults they seem to stem from the writer saying "I didn't understand their subject" And believe me, some of the responses to my response are in another Zone.

All thing being equal and considering who reads and answers, I would have to say you shouldn't worry about it.
Consider the real questions and answers, have fun with or ignore the stupid ones. If someone appears to have a lack of knowledge on a subject, set them straight.

When people answer questions they have no idea who is asking and what their circumstances are, so to get an answer that does not suit you is more your fault then the person who answers. If you or anyone expects all replies to be favourable then they will be disappointed. I treat a lot of the questions with a pinch of salt.

certain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wholeheartedly trust you : ) There must be 2 diverse parts on Y!solutions despite the undeniable fact that there would properly be no authentic thanks to police this, that's outstanding to dream about it. There must be an internet site should you understand a thanks to intelligently ask questions looking for straightforward solutions, incredibly than rhetoric or sarcasm. Then, there must be an internet site should you basically elect to be immature, ask insane questions and misspell each and every of the words they elect. there's a collection of Yahoo intelligentsia in this target audience who takes position to be jumbled jointly with a collection of moronic responders who're chuffed to have a loose communicate board to vent, insult and "report abuse" everytime they examine a candid answer that they'd no longer elect to hearken to. thanks a lot for asking this question, i'm behind you one hundred%.

Are answeres supposed to contain personal insutls? NO

Is it common? YES.

All you can do is roll your eyes at people. You can't control what people say, but you can control how it makes you feel. Don't let someone's inconsiderate, probably idiotic remarks ruin your day. I'm sure you have better things to worry about than what a total stranger thinks about you. :-)

I'm not sure about you but some people need insulted. If you notice, some of the questions are insults themselves.

Surely you don't give any credence to someone who has no basis for an insult.

Unfortunately, there are very narrow-minded, unhappy people out there who have nothing better to do.

Some people are just sick! Don't take it so serious, it's their problem, not yours! Unfortunately there are a lot of them! They just have the need to make other people look small since they have a lack of a life them self!
