I don't know any sites or books but a close friend of mine was 1/2 Japanese, his middle name was Tsuki. An exchange student who was down the street from us was named Yakima.

Ryo and variations seems to be very popular in Japanese manga for a boy.

I like Rin for a girl, I named mine Corinne and we call her Rin for short. Sakura is also pretty, and I like Rei.

Go to a comic book store and browse some manga, you'll get all kinds of ideas.

I had a friend who named her daughter Nanami, which means "seven seas". I think that's a beautiful name.
