10-12 hours straight? Quite a gamble if you ask me. It's just a suggestion, but I think you should consider breaking that time up. Perhaps you could study for 3-4 hours, take a 45 minute to 1 hour break, then continue studying for another 3-4 hours. Studying for extremely long periods of time works for a selective few, but can be a disaster for others (especially myself).

no-one could possibly sit studying for that long. your brain can only take so much information, i dont know how old you are but you're in danger of brain overload if you're not careful.set yourself a more realistic study time and stick to it. you'll find you learn just as easily if you're brain is allowed a proper rest. drink lots water too and you'll be fine. 2-3 hours max for studying at least to start with.

one should not sit for so many hours straight for studying .experts say your brain gets tired after one hour of studying . so u should sit for one hour and rest for 10 min. in this 10 minutes u should not watch t.v only take rest and remember you should resume studying after 10 minutes. it would be difficult in the begining but u will be used to it .remember how many hours u study is not imprortant and how much u remember of what u study is important.
best of luck
