I think we really want Mia as either a middle name or first name if we have a girl. Can anyone think of any names that would go good with it?

I love Mia..that is a beautiful name! How about:

Mia Kathryn
Mia Sydney
Mia Brooke
Mia Reese

Sorry, I can't think of any good first names with Mia as the middle name. Something about the name Mia--nothing really goes well in front of it. I love it though..it would be a great name :-)

This is really just a suggestion in general, rather than a specific name, but I've always felt that a name sounds most natural when the middle name has equal or fewer syllables than the first name.

For example, to use Mia as the first name, the middle name would sound best with one or two syllables: Mia Rene, Mia Marie, Mia Ann, Mia Faye. To use Mia as the middle name, the first name would sound best with two or three syllables: Elizabeth Mia, Cherish Mia.

I would avoid names that also end in the short "a", such as Jessica, Alexandra, etc., and especially names that rhyme, such as Maria, Alicia, etc.

By the way, that last comment is assuming you're pronouncing it ME-UH, since it's spelled with an "i" instead of a "y", but if it's MY-UH, then the "rhyming" comment does not apply, unless you know af any names that rhyme with Mya.

P.S. I just read the suggestion Mia Grace. It sounds beautiful! The perfect name for a beautiful little girl!
