The prediction goes wrong...An absolute eg. is that everyone tagged Australia, South Africa & Sri Lanka as favorites to win the title but boy...all the three teams which was likely to be too strong for opponents is already lost their first match @ the time of answering this question...Hats off to West Indies coz today's match is something effected by fantastic & fabulous team display and entirely different story from what happened yesterday for Sri Lanka against Pakistan coz that match was actually lost by Sri Lankan due to their over confidence and initial mistakes however what happens today is a real battle from the first ball till the last moment...

I would say any team will end up with the cup and ofcoz this tournament turned on to be really exiting then everybody expected and as real cricket fan i am really pleased with the progress and hope that it continues...

I keep my money in my pocket...However chances of winning this title by India or Pakistan seems bleak coz though they have a win each under their belt, they are not someone who can carry the momentum...(India has managed to win only one tournament which has more then two teams since 1999 world cup)

Since cricket is a game of uncertainties as has been proved on many occasions in the past, nothing can be predicted for sure about the outcome of a tournament in advnce. It is depends upon the performance of the players, however great they are,
on the day of the match.

Though Australia and South Africa are placed in No. 1 and 2 in the world rankings, both of them have already been defeated in their first matches. Hence any prediction cn go wrong.

However, I strongly feel that India and Australia will reach the final. Australia because of their fighting qualities and India because of having home advantage.
