TSU-is in a small town, BIG party school, close to Austin and San Antonio, "typical college town"

UTA-outside of Dallas, a lot of commuters, less college-town like, more selection of degrees

UH-in a big city, not in the best part of town, nice selection of degrees, very multicultural, a lot of school spirit, Houston is very spread apart, so must like to drive a lot...

I would probably pick TSU, but know that I have to be disciplined enough not too party too hardy....

None are really bad schools and none are great schools. Average SAT scores at all three schools are about the same (1054-1077) and student-faculty ratios are comparable.

All in all, I'd say they are comparable.

If you can do better than one of these schools -- go to the better school. f not, think about where you want to live and think about which may be a better springboard. For example, if it is easier to transfer from UT-Arlington to UT-Austin than it is from the other schools, then go to Arlington -- work hard & then transfer.

My choice would be Baylor! If you are not interested, choose UT at Arlington.
