Don't bother with it,, the price of the thermostat would almost buy you a new coffee maker and the trouble is more than "not worth it"! I used to be a small appliance repairman,, and a TV, radio repairman,,, everything is throw away nowdays.. at least here in america,, they may still be in business overseas....

Your best bet may be to contact the manufacturer who made the coffee maker and ask about replacement parts (thermostat in your case)

If you wanna go with a cool creative idea (and you have a little $ to throw around), you can always "spice" your coffee maker up by implementing a PID controller and thermocouple to the system to be able to create set points for how hot you want your coffee. There are a couple of sites out there that have the plans and steps for an Expresso Machine, but the concept is virtually the same. Just a fun thought for ya.

coffee makers do not have thermostates they have what is called a "clicks on" which you can get at a small appliance repair shop.
