How to recover the Gold from flash gold/neutral gold bath solution.?

Not 100% sure if it will work here, but sometimes zinc is added to gold solutions to displace the gold. Zinc is more reactive than gold and will displace it in the solution. If you can't find any zinc laying around, remember that US pennies are zinc with a thin layer of copper around them.
