I wouldn't take any medication when I was pregnant with my first child and the best or only thing for a cold is honey and lemon. Boiling water poured over a spoon full of honey, stired with a squeeze of lemon and add small amounts of sugar to adjust the taste to you liking. Good luck with the birthxxxxx

Call you doctor for what to take - every doctor has different rules.
I dont think they will reschedule your c-section. It was scheduled for a reason.

I would call your doctor and ask what to take .My doctor told me I could take Sudafed just the basic type nothing added to it and least strong type . If you are at risk for high blood pressure you should not take any because cold medicine can raise your blood pressure.

tylenol. Just plain. And lots and lots of water, and blow your nose and stay active.
If the cold is very severe they might back it off for a few days to let your body win the battle. Call your OB and check.

I don't know if they will. I'd just take it easy. Acetominophene is safe. Chicken Noodle soup. Try to rest. drink lots of juice. If your cold is sooo bad that you need medicine, call you obgyn.

Just drink decaffeinated tea and call and talk to your doctor about it.I don't think people on yahoo would be the best reference for drugs to take while your preger's! All of them are bad unless your DOCTOR proscribes them.
