I suggested this idea to someone at work and they liked it. You go to a thrift store and find the most outrageous prom/wedding dress you can. Make a sash out of some satin (go to either a fabric store or Wal-mart) and add the words "Drama Queen" to it. Then get a tiara, some gloves, and some heels.
This works especially well if you really are a Drama queen. ;)
