There are various things that can cause pain during intercourse. You could have a bad yeast infection, an STD, HPV (Human Papoloma Virus) which is an STD that causes cervical cancer you should go to a doctor and have them perform a papsmear and tell them your symptoms so they can make sure they run the HPV test. You could also have endometriosis which is cists on your ovaries.

I think there is a condition called dyspareunia, but do not remember well the causes.
Also, perhaps you can have vaginitis (inflamation) or it might just be that your vagina is dry.
The sweating stuff sounds scary, I say you should call your dr. a.s.a.p
