First, i introduce myself to him, carrying a loaded weapon, with a calm voice i let him know in no uncertain terms that if he even THINKS about my house or it's contents (my kids), i will shoot him, and drag the body to the doorstep and say he tried to come in uninvited...... and it wouldnt just be a wound, it would be a gaping hole a few inches below the buckle........

Make sure my kids know he is a bad man and not to talk to him. Then get all my neighbors together and start a support group.
With enough pressure from his neighbors he might leave
