I woke up this morning and there are literally thousands of ladybugs in my home. And I opened the door and they are all over the place outside. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them?

I bought a spray at Lowe's & it worked to get rid of them. I also vacuum the lady bugs up if they are in the house, that usually kills them. Unfortunately if you live near the woods it's that time of year for ladybugs.

But they're so cute!
And in some cultures they are a sign of good luck.
I also heard they were good for your garden.
When we first built out house, they came in from everywhere. We let them live with us as they did not make much mess and do not frequent dirty stuff as flies do.
Eventually they found better quarters and the numbers have greatly decreased over the years.

Get a spray bottle or garden hose sprayer and ADD some Dawn Dish Detergent to the water. Spray around the exterior of your house, the dirt, grass that's close to the house, deck, around windows etc. The pesky Asian lady bugs do not like Dawn Detergent. It really works...

Funny you should ask that, I just walked outside and there are litteraly hundreds of them flying around my home and I've noticed a few in the house..They released thousands of them again claiming there GOOD for the enviroment..maybe but they are a pest if you ask me..I live in N.C. and they are really bad here..

Put ALL your plants and greens away. Then get some leaves from outside and put them in a trail going out your front door.

THEY SELL THEM IN GARDEN SHOPS
THEY GET RID OF ALOT OF PEST THAT WILL EAT YOUR GARDEN AND CLOTHES
THEY ARE OF NO HARM TO ANY ONE
THEY WILL LEAVE WITH THE SEASON
THEY HATCH AND SWARM THEN MATE
JUST GIVE THEM A LITTLE TIME
