put the dog outside where it belongs or get rid of it. easiest and cheapest fix.

I would have a professional take care of this floor. I would also remove the carpet until the dog is trained so that spots can be readily cleaned and dried.

A professional can probably fix up the spots without having to refinish the entire floor.

The floor is ruined. Replace it with new oak and get rid of the freakin' dog.
