Yes I do.
It's Purple and silver.
I stared it a few years back when I put my foot down and went and bought all new decorations and a new tree. For some reason purple and silver were very popular and I got most of my stuff that year. People have said it's very pretty so now I usually get Silver or Purple stuff to go with it from family and friends who have seen my tree and decorations.

My tree is pretty rustic. I use allot of natural things like pine cones, birch bark and rusted tin. So any bright colors would look out of place. I stick with dark greens, tans and berry colors. I only use white lights, but lots of them. I like the tree to be magnificent when the lights are out.
Because my children are still small, and because our living room is like a cabin, I have been sticking to the same theme. Maybe when they are older, I will add another tree that we can do something new and creative to every year.

I also like to change my colors each year. I think this year I am going with red and green (I know, how original). I am not a big fan of purple, but I do like the blue and silver.

White lights and spun glass angel ornaments and spun glass icicles. My tree topper is even a spun glass angel....very heavy peice yet very beautiful; however, the days of my glass tree are now over due to having a 14 mo. old. This year, I'm just going to put a bunch of child-themed non-breakable ornaments on it.

We have a pretty traditional tree, with shades of red, green and white. The ornaments, and we have tons of them, are really the main focus...and because of that the tree is just full of different colors.

I love the colors silver and red together. I'm also real big on saving the decorations my children make over the years. So far, I've still got decorations they made in kindergarten, lol. It doesn't look as fancy, but I love it and it is something that I can pass on to them when they get older!

I personally like the clear lights, with the natural look. I collect little ornaments every year from thrift stores, and from my family. I use a lot of rafia bows and threaded down the whole tree. It looks natural and yet pretty. You can also wrap your gifts with paper bags and tie with raffia, makes it all look au naturel~
