Don't go to Dallas. It's disgusting over there. Try a smaller town.

McKinney and Little Elm are both great areas - fairly new and the property values are rising like crazy. Allen and Frisco are really nice also, but pretty pricey. Garland is generally ghetto, so no way would I live there! Some parts of Carrollton are ok, but there are also some pretty slummy areas.

Try to stay away from the metroplex. The farther out in the country you get, the better off you will be.Try Prosper or Fairview. There are many small towns up 75 that are still quaint, but the area is booming. Frisco was "small" 10 years ago. There was nothing there. Look at it now.

confident! Frisco is a acceptable community for infants. The community is stuffed with youthful couples with a similar tale! There are a lot of astonishing, youthful households in the suburbs of Frisco, Plano and Addison. Frisco is in all probability the youngest, ultimate starter community, although. Plano is a little extra wealthy, pricier. Addison is in all probability somewhat out of how in case you're working downtown Dallas. i could say Frisco all the way! the section is in basic terms a very inviting, welcoming place for a clean start to an surprising existence!

We moved from the Dallas area 2 years ago. We lived there for 4 years in the Mesquite area. Real estate runs a little cheaper there, because it is still developing. Our kids went to the schools in Mesquite and did very well there.
