I would say go to sleep before the move starts and don't wake up until everything is moved. That is the only answer. Any kind of move is stressful.

call a mover and check yourself into a hotel till its all ready
No seriousy, there isnt really much you can do except try and be positive about it. try to stay calm (even tho you will be going nuts) just think how nice it will be when youre all moved in and set up. when you get finished treat all of you to a nice meal an relax

make sure all details done.
helpers on board.. change of address, keys, changed utilities phone have cleaning stuff boxes all in order before you begin. pets handled..and plan where to eat out.

I don't know if you are moving your furniture. But if you are set up the beds first. So that when you are exhausted you can crash.

get more friends, make sure they have stuff to drink & eat on the go. Hopefully you have everyting packed & marked??
