My daughter has several wild turtles she has collected over the years. I know she feeds hers, tomatoes, bananas, worms, crickets, (they actually need a mealworm based food at least 3 times a week) protein. They seem to like dog food too. She has created a huge habitate for them... Kids in the neighborhood were being very cruel to them and if she sees one she brings it in. The one she has had the longest was 8 years old when she found her, she is now 12 and loves to be hand fed and is very gentle. They adapt well in loving situations.

You should take it to your local animal shelter as they will be more experienced in these matters.

Put it back where you found it, most wild animals don't do well in captivity!
