No the person or company that is receiving the check is supposed to sign the back of the check. This is also the spot where the bank will put their account number and/ or their driver's license number upon verifying they are the true intended party.

stop stealing checks from your parents!
the answer is no, the back is for the payee to endorse the check with their signature. if you wrote the check and it's drawing from funds in your bank account, you are the payor.
and if you are stealing checks from your parents, shame on you. those poor people work hard for their money. give 'em a break, will ya?

No you just sign your name on the front.
The back is for the person that your giving the check to. They have to sign the back so that it can be deposited in their account.

it depends on who u are sending it to.if it is going to the bank to be deposited then you do. If all else false call the bank they are always there to help
