How do I get a job into Jeep? I realize its mainly a family company but I'm not even sure where to apply.

Jeep is a family company only in the sense that it's part of the Chrysler Corporation "family," which is now owned by the Mercedes Benz Corporate "family" in Germany (that merger occurred about 4 years ago). As for a job, depends on what you want to do with Jeep -- apply at the nearest Jeep dealership to be a salesman, mechanic, etc., or at the nearest Jeep plant -- i think the biggest one is in Toledo, OHIO, though some are also built in Mexico and other countries, I believe.
