It's just that their not home, I know i din't get anything bad, I just cant wait.

pff no you cant get arrested!! EVERYTHING from school is addressed to your parents. report cards, progress reports, pssa scores, SAT's, schedules- they're all addressed to your parents and my parents never seem to mind that i open them. they dont necessarily mean you have bad grades like all the other people say. some teachers send them to everyone just to tell them their grade. trust me, i know

I have opened my progress reports and reports since the 6th grade when they started to coming in mail my parents don't mind just tell them you couldn't wait they love you too much to send you to jail

the only person that might say something about it is your teacher...but if you're already home then go ahead and open it. yes, it's addressed to your parents, but only because that's the legal way the school has to do it and your parents have to sign it. I open mine as soon as I get it. go ahead and see how you did!

It's nothing wrong with opening your progress report because I do it all the time, and besides when your parents open it they are going to tell you to look at it, so its nothing wrong with it.

it is illiegel but do it for this time (u probly have bad grades) and try to do better in school i mean i do it all the time
it isn't like they are going to sue u or u are going to jail unless they know u are getting ur report card

ya u probally do have some thing bad because they really do not send good things home trust me i know it happens to me and there never good but eney way no its not elegal to open it if it was elegal i would be put in jail

no it is not legal. It actually is a federal offense to open mail that does not belong to you.

Everyone at my school opens them at school right in front of the teacher, no one cares, I wanna see my grades, dammit!!
