I don't think any company in the world would do that but my question is. Why would you want $100 a month instead of good heath insurance? Good heath insurance today would cost you atleast $500 a month if you had to pay for it yourself and believe me, there's gonna be a day that you're gonna need it.

No. Health insurance is an employee benefit. Why would you turn it down? Your employer is not obligated to give you anything else. Why would your turn down health insurance? Are you nuts?
