And ordered my blackened Ahi Tuna "rare". I'm feeling kinda sick right now. My question is, what in the devil possessed me to do that?

One time my Maw took us to the movin pitcher show in U-Reeka Sprangs. Golly that's a big city! Afterwards they took us to the RoadKill Cafe! Dang their food was good!

I tried my tuna rare once and really didn't like it.... Coming from Texas it jus wasn't natural...
Now I ask them to 'butterfly' it which means they cut it through the thickness almost all the way through and open it like a butterfly to cook and it cooks all the way through...

Yes I agree tuna,fish and seafood are nasty. Better to choose another type of meat.....
