This could be a sign of diabetes or a host of other problems. I would see if my appetite came back in a couple of weeks and then if it does not then get a physical including blood work to rule out medical problems for your loss of appetite.

I agree with the others that say check in with your doctor. Make sure you are drinking plenty. You probably are eating something and that may be enough for this moment in time for you. Are you still as active, ie still at work or play? Hols or other reasons for inactivity often mean you have a far smaller appetite. If you are not eating enough and regularly that may just be the cause for your sudden tiredness. Make sure you eat little and often. A small salad, piece of fruit, a biscuit (digestive type thing), or nibble on some cornflakes or something like that. Hope everything turns out for the best.

You should see a doctor and have yourself tested for diabetes. If that turns out negative I would suggest that you eat 5 or six times a day but very small portions at a time. I have the same situation and I eat these small meals even though I am not hungry at all. I am also bipolar and I used to have the same energy symptoms that you have described above so that is another possibility.

This could be something or nothing. If you're still eating enough to get by (although less than you used to) give it another couple of weeks to sort itself out. If you're not eating at all, or you're still eating poorly after a couple of weeks, go to your doctor, as you need to rule out any serious implications.

Sounds like a metabolic or hormonal imbalance. You need to see a doctor to be sure. He can put you on an appetite stimulant such as Marinol. Please get checked.
