Depending on what part of the country you are in......it should be starting to turn yellow. It is going into the winter dormant stage.
If it has been fairly cool by you, that may be the case. If you have not been putting fertilizer down every 5 weeks and watering regularly could also be the problem. Especially if the entire lawn is turning yellow. If you have small patches, you probably have "grubs". They eat the roots and leave the top to die off. If this is the case, grab a handful of the sod in the yellow area. Try to lift it up like it were a piece of carpet. If it lifts away from the ground, the grubs ate the roots. Good Luck!!!

Burmuda grass is a warm season grass. It will go dormant during the cold season. It may not have gotten enough water. Plus it does depend on what region of the country you are in.

Quick, dump a bunch of fertilizer on your yard. Now, water it in real good for 5 days. Good, good, is it looking any better yet?
Oh, if you knew anything about the grass you had put in your yard you'd know it goes dormant in the winter months.

Bermuda goes dormant in cooler weather. In fact about March anything that is green in your lawn is probably a weed and should be sprayed.
