United Nations sanctions against Iran are understanable, but the United States has absolutely no business dictating nuclear issues in the world. After all, we are the only nation sick enough to have ever dropped atomic bombs on sleeping children. And we did it TWICE in three days!! And there are still people who claim that this is a "Christian" nation!! Ha! Please don't sing the tired song about the unforgivable terrorist attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki "saving" hundreds of thousands of GIs who would have been lost in attacking the Japanese mainland. Everyone should know by now that this is simply a big fat lie meant to assuage American guilt over the incineration of hundred of thousands of civilians. The TRUTH is that Harry unTruman, in his own diary entries, acknowledges that he and US military "intelligence" were well aware of Japan's plans to sue for peace!! No mainland invasion was necessary---the war was OVER! We only murdered so many Japanese civilians to send a warning to the USSR to rethink any POST-war movements. The US killed so many people to make a statement. Sick sick sick! Therefore, the US, in order to have any credibility on nuclear issues, must apologize to the world in general and Japan in particular for our terrorist actions. We must also agree to allow inspections of our own arsenals and pledge to destroy and no longer develope weapons of mass destruction. THAT would send the proper message to the world.

The Iranians see the "West" and Israel as the really bad guys. The "West" is the most outspoken on the news. Maybe they think the "West" is influencing everyone else's vote.

Because ,as you may know, the US wields an enormous influence in the UN. Had they instead supported Iran's nuke program (and I'm not saying they should), "the whole World" wouldn't have said squat
