Just be there for her. That is all I want my hubby to do for me!!! Listen to her, laugh with her, cry with her...but most of all...KISS THAT BELLY!!!
Honestly...nothing makes me happier than when my guy comes into the bedroom, pulls down the covers and kisses my growing belly. Tears everytime!!!! :) :) Lets me know just how much he loves mommy and his baby boy!!!

I have been given rather depressed interior the beginning up. I even had to take 2 weeks off from paintings in the time of the 1st trimester because of the fact i could no longer cope with being on the place of work. i do no longer possibly be attentive to why i became so unhappy / traumatic. All i be attentive to is that i became crying each and all of the time and, relatively, i became an entire mess. thankfully, the 2d trimester became tender and that i felt so lots extra powerful. I might desire to confess, nevertheless, that the temper swings have come decrease back in the time of the third trimester (i'm now 33 weeks pregnant), yet they're nevertheless so lots extra powerful than what I skilled in the time of the 1st 12-14 weeks of the being pregnant. do no longer problem, hun. Your temper will stabilize fairly afterward. in case you experience TOO depressed, communicate on your rfile approximately it, or evaluate seeing a therapist. good success!

All of it! She needs you very much. Anything you can do to help her or make her feel better or make her comfortable. DO IT! Never ask questions - just do!
by the way, it is this way after the baby is born. Only now, you have to be attentive hubby and attentive daddy!
Remember, any man can make a baby - it takes a very special man to be a daddy. That goes for hubbies. Any man can get married, but it takes a very special man to be a wifes other half. We are individuals, but we can also be a perfect half to a whole! Honesty, love, respect, and dignity. These are all things we want and need in our life.
If you have those things with your wife, you will be in a happy marriage. If you are in a happy marriage - you will have happy children!

Support and comfort. That is all I asked of my husband for all three pregnancies. And not to take anything to personal especially when it came delivery time. I don't know if there is a main role but those were my thoughts on the subject, Good luck.

I would say tolerating her! my husband always argued with me durign my first because he never let my mood swings go, he couldnt handle the ups and downs i went through...now im pregnant a second tiem around and he will tell anyone the best thing to do right now is go along with everything that doesnt make sense and everything shes doing wrong it will be the best thing u could do. just comfort and dont fight with her!! sounds weird for beign important but we can get crazy and it only makes it worse if u tamper with it believe me we forget what we were even thinking or feeling an hour later!!

First was Planning. My job was to adjust our finances, our budget, etc. I arranged for pickup and assembly of the furniture. I had "litterbox duty" because pregnant women can't be near cat poo due to toxiplasmosis (sp?).
Second was to run interference. I came up with a hundred different ways to politely keep strangers from rubbing her belly like she was Buddha. That was my main job - protecting strangers from my wife.
The real work came after the baby was born. Cooking, cleaning, and even driving due to a c-section. With a second child it gets REALLY exciting because you have to keep up with the first child while she deals with pregnancy and the new baby.

To support her and be there for her in every way possible. Which can be hard with those mood swings at times. I know I put my husband through the ringer LOL.
You can also read up on what she is going through and remain interested in what is happening with the baby in each stage of development.

your on the right track she just needs you there to encourage her and let her know you are there for her and you are around when she needs you the most. If you are already doing that then you don't need our help. But don't argue with her when she wants ice cream in the middle of the night and it's the only kind you don't have in freezer lol....
Congrats and Good Luck

Just make sure that nothing stress her out. Be her helper as much as possible. The very point that you are asking shows me that you really don't need much help and will be a great husband to your expectant wife. Kudos to you for being that caring!
