For what? That trumped up media charge about Valerie Plame? He didn't leak her name and everyone knew the whole time who it was. (Armitage)

He didn't do anything. They accused Karl Rove and the White House and Scooter Libby WAS indicted for "outing" an uncover CIA agent. She was never undercover in the first place! She was more or less a glorified secretary! The man in the defense department who WAS the leak, (I don't recall his name off hand) wasn't indicted. The Special Prosecutor who indicted Libby, knew EXACTLY who the leak was and KNEW when he indicted Libby that Libby wasn't the leak! When this election's over, the special prosecutor may be the one being indicted for malfeasance of office!

Because either no grand jury heard a case against him, or they returned an order of "No true bill" as in there was not enough evidence to convict. Karl Rove isn't the problem anyway. He's an intelligent guy, who happens to look like the grandpa of the Pillsbury Dough-Boy. He seems kind of molester-like to me, but I don't know the guy and wouldn't want to. None of it matters, as it is a distraction. Had Gore or Kerry won, the same CFR reps would be in the Cabinet....that should prove that the dual political parties are simply mirror images of each other.

Because the potential prosecutors lacked any evidence to present to a Grand Jury alleging that he committed a crime.

Uh.... because he didn't do anything. Why isn't Teddy Kennedy in prison for killing Mary Jo Kopecne and D.U.I. Liberals have such selective memories.
