Get away somewhere that you can be alone and think and relax. The beach does it for me, but whatever means you have available, go to that place, get your mind blank or thinking of something enjoyable.... Good luck!

Well, it's refreshing to have a young person admit to anger and stress and ask for suggestions. It shows you have a great deal of maturity (whatever your age).

First, you have to get some emotional release from these stresses so that you can look at each situation objectively (clear your head so to speak). START TODAY - I want you to walk, run, bicycle, or swim for an hour a day 6 days a week. Exercise works amazingly to change your whole attitude.

Second, I want you to contact your school counselor or school nurse and tell them exactly what you have told us. Discussing these with a concerned outsider will also help you focus on solutions to bearing the burden so stressfully.

Good Luck

P.S. Let us know how you solved this, and how you are doing.

First of all let's acknowledge that you are suffering real mental anguish & we all understand & feel compassion for you.
Next, if you want we can look at these problems in perspective. Are these problems as painful as losing that loved one or having a loved one become seriously ill ? If, not, then we move to the next train of thought, "What can I do to releave this stress and solve these problems ?" Can you sit down with these people one by one and calmly talk about what's upsetting you w/o laying BLAME (as blame ONLY makes people defensive & unreachable)? If you can, do this, do it asap -- procrastinating only magnifies stress, anger, resentment. Make sure you put plenty of time and empathy into your shared communications with your loved ones! Make them feel LOVED & UNDERSTOOD before you explain what's upsetting you. ASK THEM if there's ANY WAY THEY CAN HELP YOU through this -- it will make them feel that you value them and that all you want is things to be good for everyone!
I hope this helps you! If so please vote my answer as Best Answer.

Take up Yoga. It's relaxing and helps to take your mind off your problems, too.
