For the past three months of my cycle, I have been getting very dizzy. I haven't experienced the cramps as usual and my cycle has been late by a couple of days. This month, it did not last the usual lenght of time (5 days), It only lasted 3 days. My friend is suspecting pregnancy; but I had a tubligation 8 years ago.

It's quite common for women to feel light headed during their periods. The whole period thing is a nuisance. I couldn't control my hands well. I worked in a science lab and all of us girls started having our periods at the same time which happens and we would have such a high breakage rate that week from dropping beakers and flasks. I am quite glad that all this is behind me. Yea menopause!!!

One thing is that even if you have a tubligation you still have minimal chances on being pregnant. YOU CAN STILL GET PREGNANT. Also you might be enemic and because of the loss of blood it causes dizziness. Take iron pills and see a dr.

Could be a low blood sugar episode. They can happen easier at that time of month. Check out www.hufa.org for info on how to test yourself for this - the low blood sugar link.

Yes, dizzy is occured when you tend to lose your blood through menstrual. But if you keep feeling dizzy then i recommend you to talk to your doctor.
