Tell her, then show her you mean it by doing things for her, not for you. Help with housework, do laundry, vacuum, cook dinner (or order out if you aren't handy around a stove), give her backrubs that DON'T lead to sex and some that do..... Tell her how much she means to you and you would just die without her love....

My husband once did this for me: He drew a hot bath and had it waiting for me when I got home from work. He lit candles, used bath oils, rose petals, and scented salts to make up the tub, and left a trail of paper hearts with messages written all over them, like "I love you more than anything" and "Whatever may happen in life, we'll work through it together". Even if the bath isn't your wife's style, try writing out your feelings for her and surprising her with something she would really enjoy--whether that's a day where you make dinner, or packing up a picnic and driving to the park. You can always buy something for her, but memories are tied up in moments more than things, at least for me.

Do something for her - watch the kids or get a sitter, cook her a meal, clean the house, run her a bath with candles, buy her flowers and have them sent to her job or home when you're not there, write her a poem (or copy one) and leave it in her car, pack her lunch with a love letter, write "I love you" in soap on the bathroom mirror after you shower, call her during the day and express how much you can't wait to see her, plan a weekend getaway (request for the hotel to have champagne, roses, and chocolates waiting), get tickets to her favorite show, rent her favorite movie and pick up her favorite carry out.

Send flowers to her work, then take her out to dinner that night, then take a bubble bath with her, then make love.
The next day neither one of you will want to go to work.
Good Luck!

Do many little, thoughtful things for her instead of one big thing. Women "keep score" differently than men, and she will greatly appreciate you for it.

Buy her flowers with a card that says "Thank you for being you"

Then do what you would do normally.
