I'd have to go for four I think. Four eyes are better than two (especially if I can chose where they go!), four arms - one for each child and I can still open the door, four legs - again one for each butt and one to keep me standing. Don't really know what I'd do with four lungs mind! Four nostrils may look a little out of place. I'd be able to count up to 40 rather than 20, bonus! I'll think I'll stop there!

Third eye in the back of the head. Two more ears so you could have surround sound all the time, two hearts, just in case, maybe a third liver so I could drink more (kidding!), more fingers and more toes (better balance). That'd be it I guess- although if I was a guy, well...

I think i'd just want to go with one more of each. I could handle three arms and three legs, but I think any more than that would cause me to have to learn to walk and write and everything all over again. I still would have to buy all new clothes this way, though...
