Why don't you just play some games, or just read a long novel or anything like that to pass the time? Internet isn't the only thing you can have fun with, you know. You can even play PC Games without even having to go online! ^_^

Read, Draw, Practice an instrument if you play one. There is tons of things to do than to hang around the internet all day. Hang out with friends, play a sport. You know, activities involving physical human interaction.

well you can turn to alternative ways to access the Internet, like going to a cyber cafe or something like that, or a friends house, but i suggest you take those 3 weeks and do something different, i have had similar experiences and i like to take some time to do other stuff like drawing or painting, or even playing an instrument, its good to have new experiences when your impeled to do some others....

Unpack, redecorate, read books, do crossword puzzles, throw out old clothes (to charity), get to know your new area and write down your list of questions for when you resume internet services.

Go to your local library, they should have the internet and you should be able to do what you need to do there or go to a friend's house.
