yes...sometimes i make up stories to myself about who they are and what their circumstances and paths are.

Sometimes. I usually feel sad when I see them, especially the ones thumbing. But I never pick them up because I don't think it would be wise. Then I feel sad and guilty.

Ya know, I sure do. Most of the time, I assume to a gas station. But, it does make you wonder.
