Absolutely and we have a party so that our house is the "safe house" there is always lots of real food, bottled water, music, and a bounce house. I loved Halloween as a kid and wanted my kids to have a great time with it too so for the past 15 years I have thrown a neighborhood bash. I decorate every weekend so the neighbors can watch my yard change then on Halloween I light it all up and we PARTY! It's a shorter night when Halloween falls on a school night but we usually have a decent turn out and never have leftovers! My kids usually wind up giving some of their bounty out - but they don't mind and it's all part of the fun.

Yes I do! These days not too many kids get to trick or treat. And not many houses give out candy. I think it really is sad that the meaness in the world cut this out.

Love to give the little ones (and the bigger ones too) treats! I bought soooo much candy this year! I hope I get more trick or treaters this year!

Most definitely! We have a pretty good trick-or-treating crowd in our neighborhood.

Sure do! Usually Snickers or Butterfinger's. Candy bars are the way to go for me. I try to give what I'd like to recieve if I were back in their place.

I give the candy out every year and whats left is mine. So i usually buy too much.
